Hearing impairment and fatigue in everyday life

The thesis is focused on the relationship between hearing impairment and fatigue in everyday life. The theoretical part first introduces the topic of hearing impairment and fatigue separately, and then connects these two aspects and introduces current knowledge and studies that deal with the issue of fatigue in people with hearing impairment. The theoretical findings are followed by a practical section describing research that aims to analyse and reflect on the impact of hearing impairment on everyday fatigue in people with hearing impairment. To achieve this aim, a qualitative research design inspired by the international research of Holman et al. (2019) was used - in this respect, despite various limitations based primarily on the thesis's specifics, we attempted to replicate the international research. Our research consisted of conducting six semi-structured interviews (n = 6) with adult individuals with varying degrees of hearing loss. All interviews were subsequently analysed using thematic analysis. The results of the research bring several findings - perceived everyday fatigue related to hearing loss is a highly individual matter and manifests itself in most (but not all) respondents to varying degrees. Specifics of physical education and sports of students with hearing impairment in high school

My thesis focuses on the problem on person with hearing impaiment in physical training and sport. My research is based on own experience as I am a hearing impaired pesrosn myself. After having collected the all the necesery data, the theorectical part was dividend into six charter. The first chapter focuses on hearing itself hearing impairment and hearing dysfunctions. The second chapter focuses on the issue of hearing aids. The third chapter is devoted to education and communication of people with hearing impairment. In the fourth and fifth chapter, sports opportunites and limitations of aurally weakened persons are analyzed. Last chapter is devoted to motor skills. The balance between healty persons and those with hearing impariment is described in the practical part of the thesis. A hypothesis is suggqsted and research results will either support or oppose it. The essential part odt the part the thesis consists in the results of a questionnaire and physical test applied and also graph processing. The thesis work includes additional affachments which are essential for further understanding. The role of a teacher in the process of hearing-impaired children's adaption to kindergarten

This bachelor thesis focuses on the prevention of risky behaviour in pre-school hearing-impaired children. The theoretical part deals with the sense of hearing and hearing impairment. It presents the theoretical basis of surdopedy. It is followed by the practical part which consists of pedagogical qualitative research focused on the mapping of the hearing-impaired child socialization process in the environment of kindergarten. The prevention of risky behavior is stressed. Main goal of the above-mentioned research is to reveal which methods of prevention are preferred and used by the selected kindergartens which provide pre-school education to hearing-impaired individuals.
